IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS PER BOOKING?

We have a minimum of 5 passengers per booking.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS PER BOOKING?

57 per coach, but we can accommodate large movements of up to 1500.

CAN WE BOOK AIRPORT TRANSFERS WITH YOU FROM THE CAIRNS AIRPORT?

Yes, we can cater for private airport transfers or for functions & events. We can transfer you anywhere around the Cairns, Northern Beaches and Port Douglas region – please contact our friendly reservations team for more information.

WHAT SIZE COACHES DO YOU HAVE?

We have coaches ranging from 7 seats to 57 seats.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE WHEN MAKING A CHARTERS BOOKING?

It depends on your booking – please call our friendly reservations team and we can discuss your requirements.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN MAKING A CHARTERS BOOKING?

Yes – the deposit will depend on your booking. Full payment is required 3 business days before the booking/event date.

WHERE IS YOUR HEAD OFFICE LOCATED?

We are located at 278 Hartley Street, Cairns, Queensland 4870.

HOW FAR FROM YOUR HEAD OFFICE CAN YOUR COACHES TRAVEL?

We can travel all around Australia.

ARE YOUR COACHES FULLY SEAT-BELTED?

Yes. We have a modern fleet of coaches with the latest in safety and comfort.
