IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS PER BOOKING?

No, there isn't. We cater to all group sizes, from personalised tours for just 2 passengers to large groups of up to 1,000 passengers.

CAN WE BOOK AIRPORT TRANSFERS WITH YOU FROM THE CAIRNS AIRPORT?

Yes, we offer private airport transfers as well as transfers for functions and events. We can transport you anywhere in the Cairns, Northern Beaches, and Port Douglas region. For more details, please reach out to our friendly reservations team.

WHAT SIZE COACHES DO YOU HAVE?

We have a variety of buses ranging from 7 seats to 57 seats.

DO YOU HAVE ELECTRIC BUSES OR OFFSTE EMISSIONS?

Yes, we have 12 fully electric buses, making up about one-third of our fleet. Additionally, you can offset the environmental footprint of your charter or event by participating in Reforest. Through this program, you can purchase a tree that will be planted in Tropic Wing's plantation area, which is part of a local biodiversity project.

DO YOU CATER FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Yes, we have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle and a range of other accessibility features to accommodate various needs.

DO YOU OPERATE ALL YEAR ROUND?

Yes. We operate everyday of the year except Christmas Day.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE WHEN MAKING A CHARTERS BOOKING?

It depends on your booking requirements. The more notice that we have the better we are able to meet your needs. Please call our friendly reservations team and we can discuss your requirements.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT WHEN MAKING A CHARTERS BOOKING?

Yes, a deposit is required and will depend on your specific booking. Full payment is due 7 business days before the booking or event date.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that sometimes changes are made that are out of your control and we will work with you in assisting with changes. Generally, any charter bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours of travel or fail to load will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please call our friendly reservations team and we can discuss you circumstances.

HOW FAR DO YOUR COACHES TRAVEL?

We can travel all around Australia.

ARE YOUR COACHES FULLY SEAT-BELTED?

Yes. All our buses are fully seat belt equipped.
